There are a good variety of eating places nearby with fine dining at The Yorke Arms only 0.5 miles and Pateley Bridge just 5.5 miles. Skipton (25 miles) is known as ‘the gateway to the Dales’ with its many shops, pubs and restaurants and is within easy driving distance. The spa town of Harrogate and historic York are also readily accessible and make for alternative days out.
