Neighbouring the owner’s home, each cottage retains its own privacy, each with own enclosed courtyard garden with furniture. The cottages are comfortably furnished and well equipped to offer all home from home comforts, making an ideal choice at any time of year. The market town of Dereham (3 miles) for supermarkets, shops, regular market days, cinema, golf course, indoor swimming pool, cafes and restaurants.

Places of interest include the Royal Sandringham Estate, Gressenhall Rural Life Museum, Blickling (NT), Felbrigg (NT) and Holkham Hall. A 30 minute drive takes you to historic Holt, Holt Lowes Country Park, Pensthorpe Nature Reserve and Gardens. Within easy reach are the famous Norfolk Broads for daily boat hire, river trips and waterside restaurants and cafes. Norwich has a cathedral, castle museum, theatre, shopping, covered market, cafes, pubs and fine restaurants. Two bowling greens are situated in the village. Fishing in the village and nearby. A network of country lanes and footpaths offers good cycling and walking locally.
