This pretty, character holiday cottage with garden is peacefully situated in the conservation area of Dersingham just 1 mile from the Royal Sandringham Estate. Standing as one of a pair, it is within easy reach of the coastline for sandy beaches and a wealth of nature and RSPB bird reserves. Peddars Way and coastal path, and a network of quiet lanes, provide excellent walking and cycling from the door. The village supermarket, shop and inns serving good food are close by. Visit the medieval town of Kings Lynn (8 miles) for shops, theatre, swimming pool, cafes and restaurants. The seaside resorts of Heacham (5 miles) and Hunstanton (7 miles) offer traditional attractions and activities for all ages. Norfolk Lavender at Heacham and the Royal Sandringham Estate and museum (house open to public when Royal family not in residence) are well worth a visit. Shop and pubs 1 mile.
