Comfortable, spacious and well-equipped, the cottage is adjacent to the owner’s home yet completely self-contained with its own pretty patio garden. There are sandy beaches and boating at Salcombe and Hope Cove (2 miles) and spectacular walks on National Trust cliff land along the South Devon Coastal Footpath. Tennis and golf locally, sports centre at Kingsbridge and within a day’s touring are Dartmoor, Plymouth and Torquay. Shop 200 yards, village pub 75 yards.
