Excellent walking and cycling can be enjoyed from the door. The market town of Aylsham (3 miles) offers a good selection of shops, inns and cafes.

The coastline is ½ hours drive which boasts sandy beaches, RSPB Nature Reserves, traditional attractions for young and old alike and boat trips to visit the basking seal colony.
