Set in glorious farmland down a tree-lined private drive close to Shakespeare’s River Avon, each of these delightful adjoining properties (Cressida Ref NMA and Troilus Ref NMB) has been restored to offer a very comfortable holiday retreat for all seasons. The interiors have been converted in a contemporary manner whilst retaining their original charm, including their attractive exposed beams. Delightful Warwick (with magnificent castle) is 10 minutes’ drive; Stratford-upon-Avon (with RSC Theatre) and Royal Leamington Spa are 20 minutes - all have very good and varied restaurants, interesting specialist shopping and lovely gardens. There is an abundance of NT and historic houses and gardens, Kenilworth Castle, Warwick University Arts Centre, the National Agricultural Centre at Stoneleigh, the NEC and Birmingham to the north and the Cotswolds, Silverstone and Oxford to the south - all within an hour’s drive. There is walking and cycling (adjacent cycle way). Golf, tennis, riding, flying and gliding locally. Shops 3½ miles, pub 2½ miles.
