In delightful Cotswold village
Set in a scenic Cotswold valley nestling under Uley Bury, an ancient British hill fort, Uley is the perfect base for a restful retreat.
The sleepy village with its Cotswold stone cottages is full of charm and the surrounding countryside has endless possibilities for walking and exploring. Footpaths criss-cross the farmland around the village leading to the woodland of the Cotswold escarpment.
The Cotswold Way skirts the village and leads from Uley Bury to Cam Long Down, an area of nationally famous unimproved grassland with associated flora and fauna. Breathtaking views across the Severn Valley and along the edge of the Cotswolds reward those who climb to the top.
