Nearby are the harbour and beach at West Bay, part of the World Heritage Coastline. An easy drive along the coast will lead to the Georgian beach resort of Weymouth to the east or the fossil beaches and harbour at Lyme Regis to the west. With sea fishing, Links golf course and riding schools there are a wide variety of activities locally. Village shops 200 yards, pub ½ mile.
