This semi-detached holiday bungalow is situated in the village of Highampton in west Devon’s rolling countryside between Dartmoor National Park and the west coast. An ideal retreat, furnished and equipped to a very good standard, situated together with a small group of similar properties. It is an excellent holiday location offering a communal indoor heated pool (£10 heating charge from Nov-Mar), barbecue, children’s play area, grounds overlooking Dartmoor to unwind in and a fishing lake. A great holiday location that has something for everyone. The Blue Flag beaches at Westward Ho! and Bude are close by as are many more stunning beaches and coves ideal for surfing and exploring the many rockpools. Golf, fishing and riding are all available locally, whilst the nearby Tarka Trail leads walkers and cyclists through suburb scenery. Locally there are lovely walks and surfing beaches at Bude. The pretty fishing villages of Padstow, Clovelly, Rock and Port Isaac made famous by the the programme Doc Martin, are all well worth a visit as is mystical Tintagel with the legendary King Arthur’s Castle. The wild beauty of Exmoor, Dartmoor, Bodmin Moor and the famous Eden Project are all easily accessible. Shop, pub and restaurant 1/2 mile.
