Private broadleaved woodland, banking the River Lune, for exclusive use of visitors interested in wildlife. Walking on the farm, as well as the Dales Way and Howgill Fells across the river. Kendal is 9 miles, and Lake Windermere, 19 miles. Sedbergh is 4 miles away, with traditional food shops, pubs and many book shops.
