Tucked away in a small hamlet, in one of the least discovered Dales within the Dales National Park, this comfortable beamed cottage makes a lovely home from which to walk direct from the door within rugged yet beautiful countryside. Middleham, 4 miles, is well served with pubs and restaurants and also renowned for training racehorses. You can watch the horses out on the galllops. East Witton renowned for the Blue Lion pub and restaurant, 5 miles. Not forgetting the Forbidden Corner, a maze for all ages and is only a short drive. Alternatively you can walk to Carlton, 1 mile, where you will find the local pub. Shop 2 miles, pub and restaurant 1 mile.
Ground floor: Living/dining room/kitchen with French doors and beams. Second living room. First floor: 3 bedrooms: 1 double, 2 twin. Bathroom with shower attachment and toilet.
Open fire in living room (initial fuel inc). NSH, gas, elec, bed linen and towels inc. DVD. Elec cooker. M/wave. Washer/dryer. Raised patio with furniture. Paddock for horses by arrangement. Parking (1 car). No smoking. Friday to Friday. NB: Drop from patio.
