Enjoying an excellent holiday location for touring the local area, Brookfields Barn is set within 5 acres of natural farmland. Only 10 minutes’ away from the historic market town of Stratford upon Avon, famously known as Shakespeare’s Birthplace, with a wealth of local attractions and amenities and the opportunity to visit the world renowned Royal Shakespeare Theatre as well as Nash’s House, Mary Arden’s Farm and Anne Hathaway’s cottage. A little further away you can find the historic town of Warwick with its fabulous castle and grounds or Leamington Spa which is known for its many quality bistros and boutiques. NB: Families and couples only.

Ground floor: Living room with beams. Kitchen with beams. Shower room with toilet. First floor: 2 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 single with additional pull-out bed.
