Just 100 yards from the beach, this modern holiday apartment is the perfect holiday base for a family or a couple. Situated in the East Devon AONB, on the Jurassic coast. The town centre has a unique and much prized selection of shops. Only a short walk from the amazing sea front where you will find a pebble beach. The Otter Estuary Nature Reserve is 20 minutes walk along the promenade and has abundant birdlife, together with hides on either side of the river. There are paths to Otterton, 2 miles, where the mill still grinds flour and there is a traditional bakery/restaurant. Take a ferry from Exmouth to Starcross or Sidmouth. Shops 10 yards, pub 50 yards.
