A self-contained wing of the owners’ home , it enjoys shared use of a garden and has been designed with the living area on the upper floor. The fine market town of Appleby is 2 miles and offers a selection of shops, inns, restaurants as well as riding, golf and fishing. Ullswater, Cumbria’s second longest lake is within a short distance and offers several invigorating hikes as well as gentle walks around the lake. Penrith 15 miles. Shops 2 miles.
