From your doorstep there are some fantastic walks including The East Devon Way and the River Otter leading to the nearby village of Ottery St Mary. The beach is approx 3 miles in Sidmouth on the Jurassic Coast. Exeter is a mere 13 miles with its cathedral. Train station and bus service nearby. Shops and pub 200 yards.
