This detached barn conversion enjoys lovely views over the surrounding countryside and the Blackdown Hills. The renowned Beacon with its outstanding views is just up behind the cottage, visible from the gardens. This idyllic peaceful spot boasts an enchanting holiday location within easy reach of Dartmoor, Exmoor, the Jurassic Coast and many NT. This is ideal rambling, cycling and riding country with excellent equestrian facilities nearby. The gastro pub, the Culm Valley Inn is in the village just half a mile walk, cycle ride or drive down the lane, and is renowned for its excellent food including many fresh fish dishes. In the summer, relax there by the river with a drink, or pay a visit to the superb cafe and shop in the heart of the village. Shops and pubs ¾ mile.
