Adjacent to the owner’s home, it has shared use of the owner’s landscaped garden with ponds and an outdoor trampoline. For walkers there are 365 square miles of glorious moors with wild ponies roaming, as well as many interesting places to visit locally, such as Tavistock, Princetown, Burrator, Merrivale and Two Bridges. Walkhampton is about 12 miles from Plymouth and is within easy reach of the coast, and the ancient stannary town of Tavistock. Golf courses and riding stables locally. Shops 2 miles, pub 200 yards.
