In a calm, peaceful rural location, with ducks roaming freely and chickens in their Wendy house. The converted cottage provides comfortable holiday accommodation within the grounds of the owner’s home, along with a rustic grass tennis court. Honiton, 3 miles, coast at Sidmouth, 8 miles. Visit Exmouth, Seaton, Lyme Regis, Bicton Park and Killerton Gardens (NT). Walking along the Heritage Coast. Shop 2 miles, pub 2 miles. Can be booked with 50170 to sleep up to 9 guests.

Ground floor: Living room. Dining room. Kitchen. Slate floors throughout. First floor: 2 double bedrooms, one with additional single (for child), both with en-suite bathroom and toilet (one with shower over bath).
