A charming little 300 year old semi-detached beamed cottage in a secluded hideaway with beautiful views all around, ideally placed in the unspoilt valley of Rusland between Lake Windermere and Coniston Water.

The Grizedale Forest is on the doorstep for wonderful walks or take the Windermere steamer from nearby Lakeside to visit Bowness and Ambleside.

The southern Lake District offers so much for a relaxing holiday or more strenuous fell walking, whilst attractions such as the Haverthwaite Steam Railway, Cartmel Priory, Holker Hall and the South Lakes Wild Animal Park at Dalton are all within a short drive, as well as Hawkshead 5 miles away. Alternatively just relax in the pretty garden and soak up the rural tranquillity.
