Set near the owners’ home in the tranquil 9½-acre grounds of Croft House and amid neighbouring farmland, each cottage has its own enclosed courtyard with hot tub and shared use of the owners’ outdoor heated swimming pool (May to September). There is also a 4-acre lake, established in 1994, which has been stocked for coarse fishing. It has carp 15-20lb, bream 3-4lb, roach 10-12in and tench 2-3lb; the cost of using the lake is £6 per rod per day. Only 5 miles from unspoilt sandy beaches, the family fun of Skegness, Gibraltar Point Nature Reserve, Batemans Brewery Visitors Centre, and golf courses. Within 10 miles of aircraft museums, antique centres and easy reach of Lincoln. Shops and pubs 1 mile.
