Superb views
Dairy Cottage is part of the original Fort Putnam which is a listed folly. The folly was built by the Duke of Norfolk as one of a number of unusual dwellings on the Greystoke Estate. Standing in grounds that command superb views of Saddleback, the Eden Valley and Lake District National Park, within the sympathetically redeveloped fort, it enjoys comfortable accommodation and use of a peaceful open-plan garden. An ideal holiday base for exploring the Northern lakes and fells, with the pretty village of Greystoke close by. Shop and pub 1 mile.
