Tastefully furnished and well equipped it has lovely views to the surrounding fells and is centrally located between the popular market towns of bustling Keswick (9 miles) and traditional, charming Cockermouth (3 miles).

Bassenthwaite Lake (with the osprey view point) is 1.5 miles. The surrounding scenery is breathtaking and all the northern and western lakes are within an easy drive.

This is an excellent central base for touring, walking, cycling, and enjoying the clean Lakeland air. Fishing and golf available locally.
