A former village post office for 50 years, now converted into a holiday cottage, Dragons Den is adjacent to the owners’ home and is situated between the Lakes and Yorkshire Dales, very convenient to junction 36/M6 (3 miles), the West Coast Main Line and Oxenholme (3 miles). The cottage is a traditional property built of Lakeland stone, filled with character and featuring original beams. The beautiful market town of Kirkby Lonsdale is 7 miles away and Kendal 4 miles, whilst Windermere is 12 miles. Locally there is golf, fishing, riding and an activity centre based in the village. A perfect base for a holiday. Shop and pub 3 miles, restaurant 4 miles.
