This truly delightful fisherman’s cottage, built around 1770, overlooks the busy little harbour of Brixham with uninterrupted views of Torbay and out to sea. The holiday cottage has been lovingly and sympathetically refurbished, retaining many original and period features. It boasts a small enclosed decked area leading to a flight of 34 steep stone steps to a roof-top level garden, with spectacular sea and town views. Shops 300 yards.
Dining room. Spacious kitchen with slate floor. Steep turning stairs to first floor: Living room with large picture window. Shower room with large shower and toilet. Steep turning stairs to second floor: Double bedroom with 5ft Victorian-style bedstead. Steep turning stairs to third floor: Twin bedroom with painted floor and sloping ceiling. Most rooms have views of the harbour and bay.
