Over 100 years old, this stone cottage is set in a residential area of Teignmouth. Four Farthings is situated just a short walk to Teignmouth town centre and the beach. One of a small terrace, adjoining the owner’s home, it retains a homely atmosphere and cosy cottage interior with a gas fire. Teignmouth is a charming seaside town that has, and still draws, generations of visitors to one of Devon’s oldest holiday resorts. Excellent base to visit South Devon for beaches, Exeter for shopping and Dartmoor for wonderful scenery. Train station, shops and pubs 1/3 mile.
