Gable View is a small holiday cottage, originally the servants quarters, now completely renovated and adjoins The Farmhouse, a listed building, set in tranquil countryside in the Western Lake District, with magnificent views. It is an ideal location for walkers, situated close to Wasdale with Scafell Pike, England’s highest mountain and Eskdale, with its cycle carrier to explore the numerous cycle tracks, trails to the waterfalls and Hardknott Pass, the steepest in the country. Only ½ mile from a sandy beach stretching to Ravenglass and the Cumbrian Coastal Way is also close by. After a long day, relax in the garden and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. Shop and pubs 2 miles.
