Greetham Retreat offers a very good standard of accommodation set within the Lincolnshire Wolds, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. A former agricultural barn and crew yard, the properties have been converted into purpose-built self catering holiday accommodation with a modern and contemporary style. Set in 4 acres of grounds which include a newly planted woodland area with mowed walkways, a wild flower meadow, large wildlife pond and a variety of seating areas from which to enjoy the outstanding views. The owners have also erected several bird and bat boxes which include barn owl, tawny owl, kestrel and other breeds around the grounds to encourage conservation and attract wildlife. In spring 2010 Greetham Retreat saw its first kestrel fledglings in one of the newly erected boxes. The location is ideal for those who wish to get away from it all and enjoy the peaceful countryside found in this area of The Lincolnshire Wolds.
