Furnished to a high standard, it boasts French windows leading to a dining balcony – a mere 20ft from the water – which commands wonderful river views of the estuary, taking in the harbour and the castle at the mouth of the river. Just a 5-minute walk from the town and restaurants such as the Burton Race New Angel, the apartment is secluded and peaceful – well worth descending the steps from the road. Shops 300 yards.
