This lovely holiday cottage overlooking the river and harbour with 3 miles of sandy beach. A quiet village with a coastal lagoon, water skiing, sea and fly fishing, golf, horse riding, and walks nearby. Tour the Lake District along quiet roads, lack of crowds and peaceful setting. Shop and pubs 100 yards.

Ground floor: 2 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin with additional Z-bed (for child under 5yrs). Bathroom with shower over bath and toilet. Partial open tread stairs to first floor: Living room with patio doors/dining room with pine ceiling. Kitchen.
