Set on the edge of this popular seaside resort of Seaton, this detached town house is in a superb location to enjoy the marvellous walks along the South West Coastal Footpath (Jurassic Coast including Lyme Regis, 5 miles, Beer and Branscombe).

Within walking distance are the shops and restaurants, and only 100 yards is the beach. The quaint harbour is a stone’s throw away.

There are lots of opportunities for fishing, sailing, windsurfing, fossil hunting, bird watching and golf. Take a trip on the electric tramway from Seaton through the Axe and Coly Valleys. The popular resort is close to many tourist attractions including the Donkey Sanctuary 7 miles, Exeter is only 14 miles with its wonderful cathedral.
