Purpose built, they provide compact holiday accommodation in a prime position (young children may require supervision), enjoying splendid views across Yealm Harbour to Warren Point. The pictuesque village and harbour of Newton Ferrers are within walking distance. There is a small sitting-out area in front of the properties and to one side is a communal barbecue for al fresco dining. There is a jetty, river frontage and trailer parking available for visitors and moorings can be arranged. Travelling across the river by ferry, there are excellent walks in the wooded hills of Noss Mayo and along the popular South Devon Coastal Path. Fine sandy beaches can be found at the Mothercombe and Bigbury, both easily accessible by car or boat. Plymouth with excellent shops, threatre, cinema, ice skating and swimming-pool is within easy reach. Shops and pubs 1/4 mile.
