A perfect location for a family or walking holiday, and wonderful for bird watchers, just one mile away is a conservation area with 10 bird hides, a cycle path and plenty of walks.

Set on the Jurassic Coastal Path, you can take in Lyme Regis, Branscombe, Beer and Sidmouth. Exeter with its stunning cathedral is just 15 miles. Dorset with its beaches is within easy driving distance. Activities include golf, fishing, sailing or just relaxing. Central for many NT properties.
