With shared use of an indoor swimming pool and table tennis, these picturesque cottages have cosy interiors and private patios overlooking the brook, making this a perfect spot to enjoy a quiet evening as the sun goes down. These properties, within easy access of the A38, are centrally located to explore the wonderful countryside, both coastal and moorland, to visit the numerous local tourist attractions, or to venture further afield to either Exeter for an afternoon shopping in the lively city centre, or 11/2 hours drive down to the middle of Cornwall to visit the famous Eden Project. Local attractions include the butterfly farm, otter sanctuary, Dartington Cider Press, the Hedgehog Hospital, Paignton Zoo, Buckfast steam railway, Pennywell Fair, Quaywest Water Park, South Devon railway - all making for family days out.
