It is about 4 miles from Cullompton and M5 junction. Coast at Beer, Sidmouth and Exmouth, 30 minutes drive. Good base for Exmoor, Dartmoor and Exeter. Leisure facilities available include fishing, horse riding and swimming. Village shop and pub ¼ mile.
