Dating back to 14th century medieval times, Laurel Cottage is Grade II listed and retains much of its olde worlde charm with a pretty interior and cottage-style garden front and rear. Just 4 miles from many golden sandy beaches of the English Riviera, and seaside towns of Torquay, Paignton, Goodrington and Brixham. Historic Totnes, 4 miles, has an abundance of independent shops, bistros, health food shops and farmers market. Dartmouth, nestling on the River Dart, is 9 miles by road and small ferry across the river. Shops 50 yards.
