Decorated and furnished to a very good standard, it benefits from having a games room with table football and darts. Ideally located to explore Devon and Cornwall. Exeter is 30 minutes and Plymouth is only 20 minutes.

Take a trip across Dartmoor to see the ponies, heather clad Tors, or visit the small villages and stop for a Devon cream tea. Take a trip on the steam train or visit the otter sanctuary. The abbey is well worth a visit.
