The Grade II listed windmill (ref 25617) offers a unique holiday experience with circular rooms, spiral staircase and an outstanding outlook across open countryside and views towards the coastline. Lower Green Cottage (ref 19266) stands detached, positioned in the corner of the grounds to retain its own privacy. This single storey cottage offers a quiet, comfortable retreat, and is situated to provide extra accommodation when both properties are booked together. Located on the edge of the small village of Hindringham, they are well positioned to explore the delights of the Norfolk Coast with its sandy beaches, including the Blue Flag awarded beach at Wells. Sailing, windsurfing, bird watching and golf are easily accessible. The surrounding lanes and footpaths offer excellent walking and cycling routes from the door. The village of Binham is 2 miles, with shop and pub serving food.
