This self contained wing of the owner’s property is situated on a working farm in the south-east corner of Dartmoor National Park and 0.8 miles north of Ivybridge.

It is ideally suited for those who love walking, mountain biking and bird watching, as there is easy access on to the moor from the holiday home and it is within 0.25 miles of the ’two moors way’.

Plymouth, only 10 miles away, with its many attractions such as the National Marine Aquarium, Barbican and Crownhill Fort, or you may prefer to explore the south-coast, only 8 miles away or visit the famous Eden Project.

Shop, pub and restaurant 1.5 miles.
