This delightful barn conversion is set in the quaint South Oxfordshire village of Crowell and offers the perfect location for guests wishing to explore the delights of the surrounding area, including the Ridgeway Walk which is literally on its doorstep. Just a few miles away are the historical market towns of Princes Risborough and Thame. There are plenty of local markets and quaint areas to explore including Marlow and Amersham and also the chance to witness the famous Henley Regatta located at Henley-on-Thames. Further afield but still only a short drive away is the thriving city of Oxford where there are plenty of opportunities to take an open top bus tour through the area, passing the Ashmolean Museum, Museum of Modern Art, Natural History Museum and the historic university on the way. Also close by is Woodstock where guests can visit Blenheim Palace, the birthplace of Sir Winston Churchill. For the more energetic guest, there is the chance to take the short drive north into the Oxfordshire countryside, particularly the Cotswolds where the possibilities for fabulous scenery, walks and bike rides are never ending. There is also easy access to London by public transport and road. There are two rustic country pubs within easy walking distance and shops, pubs and restaurants 1 mile.
