Only half a mile from the beach and spectacular cliffs of Ladram Bay, this cosy and comfortable property enjoys a secluded position with distant sea views, midway between Budleigh Salterton and Sidmouth (both about 3 miles). Basking in a sunny aspect, with a pleasing little garden and terrace, this thatched holiday cottage forms a completely self-contained wing of the owner’s home. The Devon Heritage Coastal Path passes only 500 yards from the door, and water sports and boat hire are available in the Bay. Otterton (½ mile) has a church, shops and a pub which serves good food.
