This comfortable, single storey, detached timber lodge is one of a group of holiday lodges which stand in a stunning position at the foot of the dramatic Skiddaw Mountain on the shores of Bassenthwaite Lake. It offers a peaceful setting in one of the Lake District’s most unspoilt areas. Breathtaking views, an abundance of wildlife, launching for small sailing boats and fishing makes this an ideal location for a very relaxing break. The area boasts historic houses, formal gardens, castles and museums as well as many fascinating craft shops and galleries. The popular lakeside town of Keswick is 6 miles. Shops 6 miles, pubs 1 mile.
