It is a favoured area for fishing and birdwatching, and Soham is a small fenland town with excellent facilities within walking distance. An ideal holiday base; Ely is 5 miles away, and Newmarket is within easy reach. Cambridge 20 miles. Bury St Edmunds 15 miles.

First floor: Living/dining room/kitchen with folding single and wooden floor. Second floor: 1 double (four poster) bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet.

Open fire in living room (fuel at cost). NSH, elec, bed linen and towels inc. Cot. H/chair. M/wave. Use of owner’s w/machine. Freezer. Tel-incoming calls only. Computer.
