This pretty 18th-century, detached holiday cottage with enclosed south-facing garden and seating areas, is just a 15-minute drive from Norfolk’s magnificent coast and Blakeney. Bird-watchers and walkers will delight in this peaceful location. The small village of Swanton Novers is surrounded by organic meadows, ancient woodlands and a raptor viewpoint on the edge of the village. Pensthorpe Nature Reserve and the historic town of Holt is 6 miles, with a blend of shops, cafes and restaurants. Holt Lowes comprises 200 acres of wood and heathland. Norfolk’s coastline offers a wealth of RSPB bird reserves and coastal paths. Traditional seaside resorts of Sheringham, Cromer and Wells-next-the-Sea nearby. Fishing and boat trips to visit the basking seal colony and nature reserve island available from Morston Quay. Shops 2 miles.
