Centrally located, it is an ideal holiday base as the Lakes, Durham and Northumberland can all be reached within an hour’s drive. There is excellent walking and cycling from the doorstep and a variety of tourist attractions including High Force waterfall and Barnard Castle are nearby. Shops 2 miles. Pub nearby.
