The converted cottage and barn are adjacent to the main farmhouse, and each have their own garden and patio, as well as shared use of a children’s play area and meadowland. Many excellent beaches nearby, with good walking on the South Devon Coastal Path, and the open spaces of Dartmoor only half an hour away. Plymouth is within easy reach, offering many historic attractions and the National Aquarium. Several rocky and sandy coves nearby, ideal for picnics and bathing. Horse riding locally. Excellent bistro, restaurant, shops and pubs on the water’s edge, 800 yards.
