Six miles away is Sheringham where the main station of the Poppy Line Steam Railway is located. Horse riding and shire horse centre at East Runton, 5 miles. For keen golfers, the Royal Cromer Golf Club, 3 miles, Sheringham Golf Club, 6 miles, (9 hole courses at Mundesley and East Runton). Within an hour’s drive, the famous Norfolk Broads, offering boating, river trips, waterside cafes, restaurants and a wealth of wildlife.
