This pretty character cottage with enclosed garden is just 3 miles from Holt and 5 miles from the North Norfolk coastline with excellent sandy beaches. Tucked away in a rural village of Baconsthorpe with excellent walking direct from doorstep and just a short stroll from Baconsthorpe Castle.

Visit the popular seaside town of Sheringham for sandy beach, promenade, RNLI Museum, Splash Aqua pool, home to the North Norfolk Steam Railway, plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants.

Neighbouring seaside resort of Cromer, 10 miles. Network of surrounding quiet lanes offer good cycle routes. Beach hut also available.

Shop 3 miles, pub and restaurant 0.5 miles.
