This cosy detached holiday cottage sits right on the River Eden beside an old pack horse bridge, with wonderful views across farmland and the Howgill Fells. You can fish and feed the ducks from the window!

It is a short walk from the bustling, traditional, small market town of Kirkby Stephen which stands on the famous coast to coast walk and is close to the scenic Settle to Carlisle rail line (2 miles).

Centrally located, it makes an ideal base for touring the Eden Valley, Lake District, Pennines, Teesdale and the Yorkshire Dales.
