Set close to the owner’s home, a path leads from the delightful, furnished gardens (with children’s play area) through a gate to a lush 3-acre meadow bounded by a stream. Set in the charming Dartmoor village of Lustleigh with thatched cottages, a 15th-century church, tearooms and pub all set around the picturesque village green. These properties make an excellent base for walking, riding and exploring the many natural, and often pre-historic, wonders of the Dartmoor National Park. The historic city of Exeter is 17 miles. The coastal resorts of Dawlish and Teignmouth boast beaches and facilities for water sports. Shop 250 yards, pub 500 yards.
