This fabulous barn conversion provides the perfect location for a visit to the Cotswolds. Set within acres of unspoilt countryside and just a few minutes’ walk away from the historic Broadway Tower, the views overlooking the surrounding area are nothing short of spectacular. The property has been converted to an exceptionally high standard with grand, high ceilings exposing beams of solid oak. Cotswold stone lines the floors throughout the open-plan ground floor and a solid oak made-to-measure staircase leads up to the bedroom above.
The location of Rookery Farm is as fantastic as the property itself and is an ideal holiday base to explore the surrounding area. The quintessential Cotswold village of Broadway is only 15 minutes away. Often referred to as the Jewel of the Cotswolds, Broadway itself offers a variety of antique shops, boutiques, bakeries, tea shops and highly recommended bistros and restaurants.
After enjoying all the local produce there is the perfect opportunity to walk along one of the many established footpaths through the Cotswolds, or to enjoy a scenic bike ride down one of the many cycle paths in the area. The pretty villages and smaller towns of Moreton-in-the-Marsh, Stow-on-the-Wold and Chipping Campden are all within a short journey and the attractions of Warwick, Leamington Spa and Cheltenham are in close proximity. Shakespeare’s Stratford can be reached within only a thirty minute drive providing the chance to visit historic locations including Shakespeare’s birthplace, Mary Arden’s House, Anne Hathaway’s Cottage and the world famous Royal Shakespeare Theatre. Shops and pubs 3 miles.

Spacious oak-beamed living/dining room with open fire, vaulted ceiling with wrought-iron chandeliers, open plan with well-equipped kitchen/dining area with granite worktops and bespoke units. Underheated stone floors throughout. Beamed double bedroom with 6ft, four poster bed and en-suite shower room with twin wash basins and toilet.
